Bristol Township Police and the Bucks County District Attorneys Office are seeking the public’s help in what is now a homicide investigation and are seeking help identifying a “person of interest” and a vehicle also.
Authorities say they were dispatched to the 700 block of Winder Drive at 7:15 pm Tuesday night and found a a 78 year-old man dead.
Police are looking to speak with the victims stepson Brain Joseph Carey, 41 who is operating a 2006 Silver Chevrolet Trailblazer, as a person of interest.

The murder was reported Tuesday night, and Police were on scene collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses since the death was first discovered.

Bristol Township Police are investigating a death in the Winder Village section of the township
Police were called to the scene around 7:20 pm Tuesday night and quickly blocked off the 700 block area of Winder Drive.
Multiple police sources confirmed the death to Lower Bucks Source, however the exact cause has yet to be determined, as of 9 pm Tuesday night.
A witness on the scene, who asked to remain anonymous, said they saw police speaking with several people inside the police tape boundary.
As of 5 am Wednesday morning, township authorities had yet to comment about the investigation.
