Scooter Crash on Bloomsdale Rd in Levittown Sends 2 to Hospital with “Serious Injuries”

Bristol Township Police are investigating a crash that sent two adults to the hospital in serious condition, authorities said Monday afternoon.

Today at 4:59pm, police responded to a struck pedestrian in the vicinity of the 2400 block of Bloomsdale Rd. At this time, the pedestrian and the motorist who was operating an electric scooter suffered serious injuries. Both are adults and were transported by ambulance to local trauma centers, Sgt Jason Mancuso said.

Crash reconstruction investigators were still on scene as of 6:40 p.m.

The crash is under investigation, and we have no additional information will be released at this time Mancuso said.

Additional information may be released at a later date authorities said.
