The United States Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force are in the business of taking fugitives from the law, into custody.
To paraphrase a classic metal song by Megadeth, arresting is their business, and business was good, on Tuesday.
At approximately 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, members of the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force executed an arrest warrant for Bryan Williams, 31. Williams was wanted by Bucks County Detectives for the 2021 Rape of a child that occurred in Penndel Borough.

Williams, it is alleged, raped an 11-year-old victim while he was 27 years old, authorities said.
A warrant was issued in April 2026 for his arrest.
Williams, Supervisory Deputy Marshal Robert Clark said, was located by members of the task force at a family members home in the 2800 block of Kingston Street in Philadelphia. He was arrested without incident and transported to the Bucks County courthouse for processing and arraignment.
Magisterial District Judge Daniel Baranoski arraigned Williams on 14 felony rape and rape related offenses.’ The judge denied bail citing flight and safety of the community concerns.
The second Bucks County related arrest occurred in Bristol Township, authorities said.
At 11:30am members of the Marshals Fugitive Task Force, along with Bristol Township K-9 Officers, arrested Alen McNeil, 34, in the unit block of Vista Street.

McNeil was wanted by the Osage County Sheriff’s Office in Kansas for violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
On April 9th, while attempting to be interviewed for registration violations, McNeil was seen by Bucks County Sheriff’s deputies and ran before they could make contact. McNeil crashed his car and got away on foot after an extensive manhunt in a rural area, authorities said.
A warrant was issued for McNeil on April 14th after he fled the state.

This morning, Clark said, U.S. Marshals from the Philadelphia task force received information McNeil was in Bucks County. Upon knocking on the suspected address, McNeil attempted to flee but was apprehended without incident. He was then transported to Bristol Township Police Department for processing.
“Arresting fugitives accused of sexual offenses protects the community and prevents further harm. Prioritizing these two arrests sends a clear message that sex crimes will not be overlooked,” Clark said.
