A Bristol Township home was apparently condemned by township authorities Wednesday, which has been the subject of local and county law enforcement in the past.
The home is the same home Bucks County Sheriffs and Bristol Township Police raided last April.
Located on the 800 block of Main Avenue, Bristol Township Police, Animal Control, and Code Enforcement were seen taking the home over and boarding it up.
Croydonites were thrilled to see the public safety activity taking place as many neighbors on the block and surrounding have been watching “the activities at that drug house,” for months.
Home was declared “Uninhabitable,” Lieutenant Ralph Johnson said.
“Officers cleared the house for persons prior to public works boarding the home” Johnson added.
After what concerned citizens called “raid” earlier this year at the same location, Johnson said after the warrants were served drug paraphernalia was found in the residence.
“Our narcotics officers responded, obtained a search warrant, and collected the evidence,” Johnson said.

At the time specific details about the arrests and the investigation were not made available.
Bucks County Sheriff Fred Harran through his office said several warrant arrests were made that day.

The Facebook post that alerted this publication to the public safety activity had over 65 comments with many replies thanking the police for their efforts.
One such concerned citizen on the condition they remained anonymous exhaled for a moment and said she was really grateful the home was boarded.
She said there is still more to be done, since there is another home on Main St that has the same issues. Drugs, foot traffic at night, strangers lurking, and the safety of the area’s children.
“They really need to focus on the Sunoco too,” she said, “drug exchanges happen all there all night.”
A second concerned citizen, said the people who were living in the now condemned home are trying to move in next door.
“I told them last night if I catch them sitting in front of my house there’s going to be trouble” he said.
Locals allege the real reason the home was condemned is due to no running water or electricity in the “foreclosed upon” home.
Locals said the family living next door has two little girls creating an exigent circumstance for their safety.
Animal control officials were seen removing an unknown number of pets from the home too.
One commenter said at least they’ll be feed and taking care of now.
It’s safe to say that many locals felt the same as Nicole Hall who said, “this is best thing I’ve seem in seven years”
