District Attorney Jennifer Schorn and Bristol Township Police Chief Robert Coulton announced Wednesday charges against a Levittown man for drugging at least six women he met on a dating site and sexually assaulting them while they were impaired.
*Andrew J. Gallo, 44 was preliminary arraigned this morning on five counts of rape, strangulation and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and relate offenses.
He was arrested on Wednesday morning and arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Terrence Hughes who sent him to Bucks County Correctional Facility under $5 million bail, 10 percent.
According to investigators, the victims in the case reported meeting Gallo on the website sugardaddymeet.com, going by the username DREWSTER420. One victim also reported he used the name KAE.
The sugardaddymeet.com website advertises itself as “a platform for generous men and attractive women looking to form honest relationships.
Schorn said the website, based out of Vaughan, Ontario (Canada) did not fully cooperate with the DA offices investigative efforts.

After meeting the females on the site, Gallo would arrange dates with them at his house, boasting about the great drinks he would make for them.
During their encounters, Gallo would surreptitiously provide the females with a controlled substance in their drinks.
The victims, who ranged in age from 17 to 30, described feeling strange after consuming the drinks, not how they would typically feel after imbibing alcohol. They described feeling of a lack of control during the sexual encounter and unable to stop anything Gallo wished to do. The victims reported side effects from the drugs that including staying up for days, hallucinations, and psychosis.
All the victims reported engaging in rough sex with the defendant, with some describing him putting his hands around their throat to the point of them passing out or almost passing out. Lab results revealed the women had methamphetamine and other drugs in their system.
A search warrant was served at Gallo’s home last month and several items were collected and submitted for forensic analysis. One of those items, a bottle of Casamigos tequila, tested positive for methamphetamine.
“The victims in this case are so courageous,” District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said. “They came forward to report crimes that quite frankly predators like this assume the victims won’t have the strength to do so and I commend them for their strength and courage.”
Schorn also commended investigators for their hard work in this complex and evolving case.
“This is an excellent example of law enforcement cooperation to remove a violent sexual predator from our community,” Coulton said.
The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Bristol Township Police Department strongly believe there are other victims and are asking them to please come forward so that we can help them get justice, said Schorn.
