1 Dead, 3 Injured in Falls Apt Complex Shooting

One person is dead and three others with gun shot wounds resulting from last nights shooting at a Falls Township Apartment complex. 

The shooting which took place at the Fallsington Apartment Complex located at 1 Makefield Road around 10 p.m. Tuesday night was the result of a dispute between two groups of people, authorities said. 

Three victims self -transported to Jefferson Bucks Hospital and were treated with a fourth victim, an 18 year-old male pronounced dead at Lower Bucks Hospital due to a gun shot wound in the chest, police said.

The dead victims name has not been released as of press time. 

Authorities said in a release Wednesday the investigation is active and being conducted by Falls Police and Bucks County Detectives. 

Two residents of the apartment complex reported seeing a vehicle parked outside with its windows “blown out.” Both said they were unsure whether or not the damage to the vehicle was due to gun fire. 

Falls Police broadcasted an alert to residents shortly after the shooting saying there was no active threat to public safety
