The Levittown man whose mother promised her son would be cleared of all charges will now have the opportunity for a jury of his peers to hear the evidence and pass judgment at a trial in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
Lock’s mother, after Lower Bucks Source published a story recounting the attack, according to the criminal complaint filed by Falls Township Police last month, threatened to sue the publication and promised her son’s tarnished name would be cleared.
“So I’m sure after he goes to court and the video picture and eyewitness testimony is presented you will then write an article on his behalf?! Highly doubtful. This is a 1 sided story! F**king disgusting” Lock’s Mother said in a message sent to Lower Bucks Source on March 15.
Hours after the preliminary hearing was held, a commenter posing as the alleged victim sent a misspelled comment filled with what appeared to be intentional typos from a now deleted email address to LBS. The comment was deleted by the publication once it was confirmed that the email address provided was either fake, deleted, and/or never existed.
The reporting on the case and allegations made against Lock led to heated exchanges among supporters/friends of the victim and the accused (Lock) on the Lower Bucks Source Meta Page. One person posted an image of the victim, allegedly taken after Lock’s attack showing her bloodied and beaten.

Lock’s next court date is scheduled for May 9 for formal arraignment. According to online court records he has no attorney of record representing him as of publication time.
