A 42-year-old Bristol man is in jail accused of posting illicit images of a former girlfriend to a social media platform in an apparent revenge porn case, according to Falls Township Police.
Justin T. Fazekas was arraigned by District Judge John Galloway last Wednesday on charges of unlawful dissemination of intimate images and communicating lewd information about a person in a harassing way. Galloway set the bail at 10 percent of $100,000.00 and remanded him to Bucks County Correctional as he was unable to bond out.
According to the probable cause, on Friday July 24, 2026 at 10:14 a.m., a Falls Township police officer was called to meet the complainant at police headquarters in reference to a sexual harassment report.
The officer arrived at headquarters and spoke with the complainant/victim, who informed the officer that last night, on July 23, at approximately 7:30 p.m., she received text messages from family and friends, that her former boyfriend, identified as Justin Fazekas, had posted personal/lewd photographs/videos of her on his social media profile page.
Fazekas, according to police, also updated his Facebook profile cover photograph to show a lewd photograph of the woman in question.
Each photograph and video, according to the probable cause, was posted publicly and received additional comments from Fazekas’ Facebook friends, which he also commented on.
The complainant told police that Fazekas is the sole account holder, under the name of “Justin JT Fazekas”, and said no one else has access to it.
She also confirmed she never consented to illicit photographs or videos being disseminated via any social media platform.
This isn’t the first time Fazekas has come to the attention of Falls authorities involving a girlfriend. He was arrested and charged with assaulting an ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend two years ago. He is currently on probation for that assault after entering a guilty plea to two counts of assault in early 2025. It’s unclear if the former girlfriend in that case is part of the current case.
Fazekas has no attorney of record and is due back in court on August 19. He has a probation violation hearing connected to the assault case scheduled for August 21.
