Fairless Hills Man Charged for Huffing Under a Truck

A Fairless Hills man will be summoned to district court for a huffing incident Wednesday night police say.

According to police an employee from BJ’s Wholesale called to request a  wellbeing check for a man who was under one the company’s trailer trucks.

Falls Police, on arrival located  Paul Griffiths, 33 sitting on the ground between the retail outlet and Home Depot huffing from a blue can.

When asked if he was ok, he threw the can and attempted to stand up, but fell back.  He was asked again if he was ok and appeared to be intoxicate, said police. 

Police were called out earlier in the day to Rite Aid on New Falls Road for a similar incident involving Griffiths.

He was transported to Jefferson Bucks Hospital where he walked out before being seen.  He refused any additional medical treatment and was transported home.

Griffiths has pending cases at the Court of Common Pleas for similar offenses stemming from two March 2o20 incidents in Falls and Tullytown borough. Those two cases are scheduled to be heard later this month. 

He will be charged via summons in this new case.
