Falls Police: Stolen Property Recovered in Arrest of Bensalem Man

Last Sunday Falls Township Police a Bemsalem man on theft related offenses, which led to the discovery of a number of items the suspect allegedly stole.

Police say during the early hours of Sunday they arrested Mallet Clark, 30 in the Fallsington Woods Development for theft from a motor vehicle. During the subsequent execution of a search warrant on Clark’s car, police recovered numerous items which appeared to have been stolen from other vehicles. Meanwhile Clark is charged with two felony counts of theft from a motor vehicle, and nine misdemeanors related to his arrest. He  was sent to Buck County Correctional Facility by on-call Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Petrucci who set bail at 10 percent of $250,000.00 He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on June 28 in Falls Township District Court
