Two nonprofit organizations received $13,000 each in contributions from Falls Township’s annual Touch a Truck event on Saturday.
Falls Township-based The Goofy Gators, which is focused on autism support for local families; and Pennsbury School District’s Parent Teacher Organization were this year’s benefactors.

Several thousand families attended the popular annual event, which featured dozens of trucks, large machinery, and a variety of fun activities.
Spearheaded by Falls Township Supervisor Jeff Boraski, Touch a Truck offers a unique opportunity for children to explore various vehicles, including first response, construction, electrical, farming, manufacturing and more. Since the fundraising event began in 2017, sponsors have contributed $144,220 which Falls Township donated to various charities.

Touch a Truck featured fire and emergency service vehicles, a school bus, and Falls Township mowers and trucks. KPK Development Co. was the presenting sponsor. Event sponsors who brought trucks include, Waste Management, J.G.
