A woman, whose neighbor described her to be “out of her mind”, is charged with a felony count of criminal trespass, assault, resisting arrest on Friday.

Falls Township Police were dispatched on April 12, 2024 at approximately 7 p.m. for a reported assault on the 600 block of Auburn Road in Fairless Hills. The caller said, according to probable cause, that his neighbor, Lindsay Perkins, attacked him.

The officer said he was enroute to the scene when he saw Perkins,38, at the intersection of Olds Boulevard and Trenton Road, approximately a mile from her residence on Auburn Rd.

Police knew of Perkins’ penchant to run when confronted by law enforcement from past encounters; the officer proceeded to call her over and she was hesitant to approach him, court paper show.

Perkins eventually ran, but was caught and the officer attempted to detain her. While he was attempting to detain Perkins, she tried to bite and kick the officers, according to the affidavit.

The victim sprayed her with the hose to get her off his property, said the criminal complaint.

Perkins remains in jail unable to post bail of 10 percent in lieu of $30,000, court records showed. She is scheduled  to appear for a preliminary hearing  April 24.
