Fallsington Man Jailed Strangulation, Attack

A Fallsington man has been sent to Bucks County Prison charged in connection to a domestic incident last week.

Police say Kevin Whetstine, 53 struck a family member in the face leaving visible bruising on the victims face and neck.

Whetstine was taken into custody and arraigned by on-call judge Michael W. Petrucci on one felony strangulation count, one assault count and a summary harassment offense.

He was sent to Bucks County Prison but shortly thereafter posted $2500.00 a bond and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in Falls District Court on August 26.
