A Thursday afternoon fire at a Fairless Hills mobile home park claimed the lives of two family pets and left the residence uninhabitable, Falls Township fire officials said.
According to the Falls Township Fire Marshal’s office, at just before 1 p.m. fire crews from the Fairless Hills Fire Department – Station 31 Falls Township Fire Company #1, Levittown Fire Company #1, Levittown Fire Company #2, William Penn Fire Company, and Morrisville Fire Company were dispatched for a reported dwelling fire with possible entrapment in the Breezy Acres Trailer Park.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a well involved dwelling but all occupants had safely escaped, but there was a dog and cat that did not survive the fire. The fire was extinguished and all companies cleared the scene by 3 p.m., the fire marshal’s office said.
The Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad also responded for patient treatment.
The Red Cross was requested to assist the homeowners as the home is uninhabitable. There were no firefighter injuries, according to fire officials.
Fire officials did not say the what the cause of the fire was.
