Fire That Ripped Through Pennwood Crossing Home Under Investigation, Officials Say

An early morning blaze in the Pennwood Crossing section of Falls Township ripped through homeis under investigation of the Fire Marshal’s office.

According to a release from the Falls Twp Fire officials at 2:19 a.m. Monday Falls Fire Company was dispatched to the G section of Pennwood Crossing for a reported dwelling fire.

Upon arrival a fully involved dwelling was discovered but all occupants were safely evacuated, said officials.

No injuries to occupants or firefighters, were reported but 1 cat perished in the blaze.

Falls Fire Company was assisted by Levittown #1, Levittown #2, Fairless Hills, Tullytown, Morrisville, and Edgely fire companies. The Levittown/Fairless Hills Rescue Squad stood by on scene.

The fire is currently under investigation Fire Marshal’s Office.
