HD Retail Theft Suspects Thought Involved in Multiple Thefts

Three suspects in multiple retail thefts within the county were taken into custody when they were caught at Home Depot in Falls Township earlier this month.

Falls Township Police were dispatched to the Home Depot at Commerce Boulevard, Fairless Hills on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 for a report of a retail theft in progress. Police said they were further advised the suspects and vehicle, a white Ford Explorer, were suspected in thefts of thousands of dollars at multiple Bucks County stores.

The police arrived when the suspects were leaving the store with merchandise. The suspects dropped the merchandise and fled on foot through the parking lot, with police in pursuit. The suspects were apprehended and positively identified by a loss prevention employee, shown in court records.

Speaking with police, the loss prevention employee said three Hispanic men entered the store and concealed power tools inside a plastic storage container. Passing all points of sale, the three exited the building without paying. The stolen merchandise was valued at over $1700, said police.

The three suspects were later identified as Uriel Peral, 34, Hector Santillan-Uspango, 24, and Ismael Condias, 38. All three are from Staten Island, New York, They were each charged with one felony count of retail theft and a lesser charge of receiving stolen property, according to court paperwork.

As of May 9th, according to court records: The three accused men are in jail, unable to post bail. Their preliminary hearing, in Falls Township, is scheduled for June 25, 2024. Condias and Santillan-Uspango may also face charges in Bensalem.
