Just In: Trenton Man Shot at Hotel Dies, Homicide Investigation Ongoing, Cops Say

A Trenton man shot in the face and neck outside the Holiday Express Inn in Falls Township Sunday has succumbed to his injuries and died, Falls authorities said on Monday. 

The victim Davon Fink, 25 died at St. Mary’s Medical Center from the injuries he suffered, Lt Nelson Whitney said. 

Police say Fink was part of a large group of individuals from Trenton who rented a number of rooms at the hotel. 

Initial reports Sunday morning said police were called to the hotel just after 1 a.m. responding to shots fired reports  finding a number of people trying to leave the area, according to authorities. 

Fink’s body was found in a parking lot near the front entrance of the hotel
