Levittown Man Accused of Stalking, Harassing Ex and Her Family, Pleads Out on Charges

A Levittown man walked out of  the Bucks County Court of Pleas at the end of February and had to be thrilled with the sentence his counsel worked out with the District Attorney’s office.

Elmer Puccio who just celebrated the “big 50,” pled guilty to misdemeanors of harassment and defiant trespass in front of Bucks County Judge Stephen A. Corr the day before Valentine’s Day, according to online court documents. Corr sentenced Puccio to 12 months’ confinement. However, the Levittown man who already served a little less than four months in jail. He was released from Bucks County Correctional Facility after he was released due in part to a bail reduction hearing late last year.

Corr granted Puccio immediate parole, ordered him to stay away from the victim and pay court costs and fees, according to court records.

The man, police said at the time with a history of violence against women, was on parole at the time of his arrest. He showed up at his ex-girlfriend’s home harassing her family in an effort to reconnect with the object of his desire.

Puccio was originally charged with felony stalking for the July 2024 incident which was dropped at a Oct 2024 preliminary hearing.
