Levittown Woman Jailed for Burglary and Theft

A Levittown woman has been jailed charged for removing items from a vehicle in a apartment complex parking lot.

Tiffany Ferraro, 25 was jailed in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000 by Falls District Judge Jan Vislosky Wednesday afternoon charged with misdemeanor theft.

According to Falls Township Police, officers responded to Pennsbury Woods Apartments on New Falls Road for a disturbance report.

Witnesses told police, according to press release, Ferraro was removing items from another residents vehicle.

The owner of the vehicle told police, Ferraro did not have permission to remove items from his car.

A second officer additionally filed a second charge against Ferraro for felony burglary for what appears to be the same incident.

Ferraro is tentatively scheduled to appear in court on June 9 to answer to the charges
