Morning Fire In Morrisville Damages Two-Story Garage, Apartment

A garage fire broke out Sunday morning in Morrisville Borough bringing out fire crews from the borough and Falls Township.

The fire broke out Sunday, July 20 at approximately 7:15 a.m., Falls Township Fire Company‘s Ladder unit responded with Morrisville Fire Company to the fire on S. Lafayette Avenue.

The Morrisville Fire Chief arrived on scene finding smoke showing from a two story garage with a residence above. The chief made access into the dwelling to check for occupants. Falls Twp firefighters arrived on scene splitting its crew. The ladder crew completed a primary search, threw ground ladders for firefighter egress, and ventilated, said Falls Twp fire officials.
