A Morrisville woman has been arrested and jailed for a causing a disturbance at a Falls Township Wawa in which she is accused of spitting and punching an officer in the face.
According to police on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at approximately 6:10 a.m., Falls Township Police were dispatched by Bucks County Radio (BCR) to the Wawa located at 530 Lincoln Highway. BCR advised the manager was calling to report Tamira Morrison was yelling and screaming at customers.
On scene, police observed Morrison in the parking lot talking to a customer and acting erratic.
Morrison began walking back towards Wawa and the responding officer advised her multiple times she was banned from entering the store at this time, according to court records.
The Falls Twp Police officer attempted to grab Morrison’s arm however she pulled away and punched him in the face. He then took her to her to the ground however she continued to resist until more police officers arrived to assist in handcuffing her, police wrote in court records.
Officers on scene noted, in court records, the initial the responding officer had a scratch mark on his face with fresh blood.
While escorting Morrison to a patrol vehicle she spit on a corporal.
Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Petrucci arraigned Morrison on two counts of aggravated assault, and related offenses. Unable to post the 10 percent of $250,000.00 bail she was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility with a court date set for Jan 28.
The Bucks County Department of Probation petitioned the court for Morrison to have a behavioral health assessment. The matter is before the court as of Jan 23.
