A motorcyclist was sent to an area hospital Monday with a fractured leg after a tractor trailer cut him off in Levittown.
The crash occurred on Monday, August 26, at approximately 2:15 p.m., when a 22-year-old male motorcyclist, from Levittown, was traveling northbound on US Route 13 approaching Tyburn Road, Falls Township police said.
According to the motorcyclist, a tractor trailer cut him off causing him to swerve and lose control of his motorcycle. He then hit the center median and flipped onto the other side, said Lt. Chris Clark.

As a result of the collision, he suffered a fractured leg and some abrasions. He was transported by Capital Health Ambulance Service to Capital Health, Trenton, police said.
Alcohol, drug use or a medical emergency are not believed to be factors in causation, said Clark.
Falls authorities did not say whether or not they knew the identity of the alleged truck driver.
