Police Asking for Help in Finding 2nd Missing Teen from Levittown

Falls Township Police are seeking assistance with locating 13-year-old Jaylen Sykes-Freeman who went missing from the same area as a 15-year-old teen reported earlier Sunday morning, 

Jaylen was last seen in the 9000 block of Mill Creek Road, Levittown, on Saturday, May 16, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Jaylen is 5’10”, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and has long hair in braids, said Lt. Christopher Clark.

Police have reason to believe, Clark said, Jaylen may currently be in North Philadelphia.

Savanna Fake was reported gone from the same area at 6 p.m. Saturday evening.

Police did not say if there was a connection or whether or not the two teens knew each other.

Anyone seeing Jaylen is asked to call 911.
