he motorist police chased from Trenton, New Jersey into Falls Township Monday night has been identified as Alix Eugene who was preliminarily arraigned by Judge Galloway and remanded to Bucks County Prison charged as a fugitive from justice.
According to Falls Twp Police, shortly before 9:00 p.m. Monday night officers were dispatched to assist Trenton City Police who were pursuing a red BMW, believed to be involved in a shooting investigation, into Pennsylvania.
Lt Chris Clark said, during our assistance, a passing motorist reported observing the suspect vehicle overturned in the area of Woolston Drive and Stony Hill Road. A preliminary inspection of the vehicle led to the observation that the vehicle was unoccupied and that an AR-15 style gun was located outside the vehicle, as this news organization was first to report .

Eugene, was located shortly afterward walking along Lincoln Highway, Clark said
He suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash and was treated and released from Saint Mary Medical Center.
Meanwhile Trenton Police issued an arrest warrant for Eugene connected to an alleged shooting Monday night.
