Human traffickers, message specialists promising happy endings and adult sex workers be forewarned Falls Township Police are promising a different kind of ending – possible jail time if you open shop within the township with the arrests of two men last fall by, officer Dan Matkowski.
According to a probable cause, on Saturday September 6, 2025 at approximately 10:40 a.m., Falls Twp. Police received a VIPR License Plate Reader alert that a white Mercedes SUV, known for transporting women involved in human trafficking to local hotels, was driving to the area. Police arrived at the the Red Roof Inn, located in the Langhorne section of Falls Township and learned of a possible prostitute staying in Room #225. Police conducted surveillance on Room #225. Moments later, a male subject, later identified as Amari Legore, was seen exiting Room #225 and walk towards the stairwell. Police drove closer and Legore walked quickly along the sidewalk to a red BMW.
Police waived at Legore and asked him why he was at the Red Roof Inn, Legore initially explained he was here to see someone named “Larry” in Room #208, then changed his story to going to Room #225 to purchase marijuana from someone named “Sasha”, and saw an Asian girl inside. “Sasha” is saved in Legore’s phone, with the phone number (609) 929-0018, which is a known phone number used in online Asian prostitution advertisements. Legore then admitted he setup a meet for a massage in Room #225, which he withdrew $200.00 cash from a nearby ATM, which he showed me a Chime receipt text message for, Legore then drove to the Red Roof Inn and entered Room #225, met with an Asian woman, and provided the $200.00 cash. Legore allegedly declined engaging in anything sexual, but stated that the woman removed her clothing during their encounter, according to court papers.
Officers responded to Room #225 and made contact with the Asian woman and another male subject, later identified as James Clark, who was sitting in an armchair. Clark exited Room #225 to the catwalk balcony.
Police entered and spoke with the Asian woman, whom police previously encountered in March 2024, in a similar prostitution incident at the Red Roof Inn, Inside Room #225, police saw multiple pieces of prostitution paraphernalia, including baby wipes, tissues, a roll of paper towels, a bottle of lubricant, and a bottle of sanitizing liquid, on the bedside nightstand. When asked about money, the Asian woman pulled cash out of her pockets and, pulled up the bedsheets, revealing multiple wads of U.S currency concealed within, totaling $612.00, the probable cause alleges.
Police spoke with Clark, who admitted to being embarrassed for being here in this situation.
Clark said he finds these encounters on “Craigslist” and had $20.00 in cash to pay for a massage, which he showed police in his pocket, Clark denied having intentions of doing anything sexual.
Clark, according to police, retrieved his cellular phone from his truck, redownloaded the TextNow application, and showed police conversations with two saved contacts named “LHRR4” and “LHRR5”, which Clark explained was “Langhorne Red Roof” Inn cell contacts, were two different numbers.
Both of these phone numbers are used in advertisements in online prostitution websites ads.***
At approximately 2:04 p.m., police received another VIPR License Plate Reader alert that the Mercedes was driving back to the area. Police drove back to the Red Roof Inn and saw the Asian woman, with her belongings in the parking lot. Moments later, the Mercedes arrived and stopped aside her, and a female passenger assisted loading her belongings into the SUV. During a conversation with the female passenger. Police discovered prostitution advertisement websites on her cellular phone, officers wrote in the probable cause.
Legore who just turned 29 of Ewing, New Jersey and Clark 53 of Fairless Hills have January court dates to answer to the charge of patronizing prostitutes.
