PSP: Nursing Home Resident Allegedly Assaults Another Resident

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an assault at a nursing home in Langhorne.

On Sunday, Feb 16 at approximately 8:23 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) were dispatched to the Langhorne Gardens Nursing Home located at 350 Manor Ave for the report of a recent altercation.

Upon arrival, a State Trooper spoke with the female victim in her room. The victim said another resident came into her room speaking loudly with her roommate.

At this time, a verbal altercation ensued until the unidentified assailant came over to her and punched her in the face with a closed fist, state police said.

The assault is under investigation, state police said in a Tuesday press release.
