The “ick factor” in this story is high as a Delaware County man with a stalking conviction connected to his obsession and sexual feelings for a first cousin is back in custody after he was arrested by Lower Makefield Township Police last week for allegedly stalking her again despite judicial orders and a prior plea agreement in place.
On or about October 21 2025 at 8:26 a.m. Lower Makefield Police received a phone call from the victim who told police that her first cousin identified as Faisal Rahman emailed her even though there is a no contact order in place due to a 2023 guilty plea for stalking her, according to county court records.
The tone of Rahman’s email is non-threatening but despite serving jail time and having court orders of no contact he still sought to meet with the victim while her husband was away at work, according to police.
An edited/masked version of Rahman’s email to the victim that is included in the court record appears below

Subject: Hi ****, it’s Akash.
Hi ****
I hope you won’t tell anyone about this email. I’m still on probation and I don’t want to go to prison. I can’t afford to f*** up my life any further. I have a lot of obligations on the line. I need to make money.
Do you want me to visit you or not? Did you want me to contact you? Can I trust you to not tell anyone about this email? Can I see you now?
I just drove by your place and I only saw 2 of 3 of your husband’s cars out front. I’m parked by the ShopRite close by. I don’t want to get into any trouble.
You can call/text me at 835-***-**** if you want. I have Mint Mobile and I don’t think I can get texts from a free online texting service (I tried) so you’ll have to text me from a phone or a Google Voice number. Or you can just email me back.
Be a good girl and don’t tell anyone about this email.
Love, Akash
Shortly after taking the victim’s report LMT Police responded to the Shoprite parking lot, 1803 Big Oak Road and located Rahman seated in a black Volkswagen.
Rahman told responding officers he had driven from his home in Lansdowne, Delaware County to visit the victim. He told officers he had in fact waited for the victim’s husband to leave the residence before contacting her via email.
During a follow-up interview Rahman, according to police, said he saw the victim’s husband leave and knew she was home and identified her personal vehicle.
Rahman, according to the probable cause, also admitted to still having sexual feelings for his first cousin. He knew that driving to her residence and emailing her was wrong and in violation of his probation.
Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel arraigned Rahman one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of stalking. She set bail at 10 percent of $500,000.00 and confined him to Bucks County Correctional Facility. He currently has no attorney of record listed and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing the day before his 36th birthday — November 25.
