Lower Makefield Twp. Police Reports –  May 22 2026 – May 28 2026 

5/28/26
Disorderly Conduct – Rt. 332 & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 10:55 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 28 year-old male from Philadelphia, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Theft – 400 block of Schindler Dr. reported at 5:51 p.m. Complainant reported they have been receiving EZ Pass charges for a license plate they had on a vehicle that was returned to Carvana in December 2025.

Theft – 1300 block of Brentwood Rd. reported at 8:25 a.m. Complainant reported theft of wallet from package inside their mailbox.

Credit Card Fraud – 1100 block of Quarry Commons Dr. reported at 12:10 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $49.98.

Soliciting Without Permit – Dickinson Dr. & Drexel Dr. reported at 6:44 p.m. Complainant reported solicitor for TruGreen soliciting without a permit. He was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

Disorderly Conduct – I-295 & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 1:34 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of Marijuana. The 18 year old male driver from Bensalem, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

5/25/26
Identity Theft – 1400 block of Woodview Rd. reported at 8:51 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to attempt to open lines of credit.

Soliciting Without Permit – Emerald Dr. & Woodview Rd. reported at 2:32 p.m. Complainant reported solicitors for SunPower soliciting without a permit. He was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

Theft – 5300 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 4:15 p.m. Complainant reported theft of bicycle from the front of their residence.

5/22/26
Drug Arrest – 300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 10:15 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38 year old male driver from Norristown, PA for Possession of Suboxone. He was taken into police custody.
Yardley Rd. & Black Rock Rd. reported at 12:03 p.m. Police on patrol received an LPR hit on a vehicle for a wanted person. Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Further investigation led to the discovery of large amounts of narcotics, namely, 12 grams of Methamphetamine, 20.2 ounces of Marijuana, and .3 ounces of Mushrooms. The 60 year old male driver from Levittown, PA was taken into police custody. Charges for Possession With Intent to Deliver are pending.
