Lower Makefield Twp Police Reports Aug. 1 2026 to Aug. 12 2026

8/12/26
Disorderly Conduct – Plaza Blvd. & W. Trenton Ave. reported at 1:47 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 21 year old male driver from Trenton, NJ was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Retail Thefts
500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 9:13 a.m. Police responded to the report of a retail theft in progress. The suspect had fled the store on foot after taking $44.97 worth of razors. Police were able to locate the suspect on W. Trenton Ave. The 34 year old male from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody. He will be summonsed for Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

900 block of Taylor Ln. at CVS reported at 5:14 p.m. Employee reported on 8/8, two unknown females entered the store and removed $6,600.00 worth of beauty products without paying. Investigation ongoing.

Motor Vehicle Theft – Unit block of Taylorsville Rd. reported at 4:54 p.m. Complainant reported theft of their 2015 Chevrolet Corvette from their driveway sometime between 2:00 a.m. – 2:05 a.m. Investigation ongoing.

8/11/26
Fraud – 800 block of Duchess Dr. reported at 2:03 p.m. Complainant reported breach of their checking account where an unknown person changed their address, phone number, and email address and transferred $5,000.00 to another bank account in Ohio.

8/10/26
Fraud – 600 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 1:42 p.m. Complainant reported posting a Rolex watch on eBay for $7,000.00. An interested buyer advised the victim that they would send the money to an eBay escrow account for later distribution. The victim realized after mailing the watch that this was a scam. Investigation ongoing.

Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 3:30 p.m. Store manager reported a known female entered the store and was being followed by Loss Prevention as she had stolen $128.86 worth of merchandise from the store on 7/11 and 7/12. These events were captured on surveillance which was reviewed by police. The 38 year old female from Morrisville, PA was trespassed from the store and advised that she would be cited for the two previous retail thefts.

Soliciting Without Permit – Unit block of Brook Ln. reported at 6:40 p.m. Complainant reported solicitor for EMT Solar and Roofing soliciting without a permit. A records check revealed the 29 year old male from Dallas, TX had a nonextraditable warrant out of Arkansas for traffic offenses. He was cited for Soliciting Without a Permit.

Disorderly Conduct – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 11:31 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 26 year old male driver from Trenton, NJ was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Retail Thefts:
1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 12:40 p.m. Loss Prevention reported a retail theft not in progress by an unknown male and female. On this date, they removed $111.61 worth of merchandise without paying and a total pf $201.66 across other various dates. Investigation ongoing.

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 4:01 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 60 year old female from Bensalem, PA for concealing $60.96 worth of chicken and corn in her purse but paying for other items. She was taken into police custody. A non-traffic citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct – Woodside Rd. & Taylorsville Rd. reported at 10:03 a.m. Police conducted a traffic stop during a speed detail at the location. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 28 year old male driver from New Providence, PA for Disorderly Conduct.

Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 12:23 p.m. Loss Prevention reported a retail theft by the same person on seven different dates between 6/24 – 8/5. Further investigation revealed the identity of the 44 year old female from Morrisville, PA. A summons for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property was filed.

8/4/26
Public Drunkenness– 1000 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Hampton Inn reported at 5:24 p.m. Police responded to the report of a disturbance at the location. Further investigation led to a 51 year old male from Lewisburg, OH being cited for public drunkenness.

8/2/26
Fraud – 1300 block of Chase Rd. reported at 9:08 a.m. Complainant reported contracting a company to seal their driveway for $350.00. Two unknown males arrived earlier than the appointment time claiming to be from this company and sealed the driveway. They then stated the price was $1,700.00. The victim paid by check. After checking with the original company, they advised the victim that these males were not from their company. Investigation ongoing.

Retail Theft – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 11:38 a.m. Employee reported a retail theft in progress where the actor took a basket full of items and fled on a bicycle. Police located the 46 year old male from Levittown, PA riding on W. Trenton Ave. and stopped him. A records check revealed he was also wanted out of Middletown Township for Retail Theft. He was taken into police custody. He was charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Drug Arrest – Heacock Rd. & Heritage Oak Dr. reported at 5:13 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 42 year old female driver from LMT for Possession of Methamphetamine and Suboxone, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was taken into police custody.

8/1/26
Drug Arrest – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 2:58 p.m. Police on patrol received an LPR hit for a vehicle with a suspended registration due to no insurance. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 39 year old female from Philadelphia, PA for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of an Offensive Weapon.
