LMT Police Reports: Replacement of Windows Ordered, Never Delivered, Man Arrested & Released and More

Lower Makefield Twp. Police Reports – July 11 2025 to July 17 2025

 

7/17/2025 Retail Theft – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 12:48 p.m. Employee reported an unknown male entered the store and removed $499.64 worth of merchandise without paying.

7/16/2025 Theft – 1700 block of Makefield Rd. reported at 8:06 a.m. Complainant reported hiring a moving company from Facebook. Once they sent them payment, the movers left.

7/14/2025 Theft from Vehicle – 600 block of Rose Hollow Rd. reported at 9:33 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed their purse, which contained their driver’s license, birth certificate, passport, social security card and $180.00.

7/13/2025 Theft Arrest – 200 block of Sherwood Dr. reported at 1:48 p.m. On 5/27/25, complainant reported entering into an agreement for replacement windows with a known male on 10/25/24 and paying a $500 deposit. It was agreed that work would begin when windows were delivered. By January, the victim had not heard anything and attempted to get their money back on multiple occasions. The male was advised he had until 5/31/25 to return the money or charges would be filed. An arrest warrant was issued on 6/3/25 for the male. The 52 year old male from Morrisville, PA was taken into custody by Falls Township Police and turned over to LMT Police. The male was arraigned by District Justice Wagner and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

7/13/25 Soliciting – 1700 block of Covington Rd. reported at 1:39 p.m. Complainant reported Jack & Jill ice cream truck was in the area after having their solicitor’s permit revoked.

7/13/25 Public Drunkenness – Cardinal Dr. & Rose Hollow Rd. reported at 4:42 p.m. Police responded to the report of a check the well-being at the location. Further investigation led to the 54 year old female from LMT being cited for Public Drunkenness.

7/13/25 Fraud – 300 block of Tall Meadow Ln. reported at 5:12 p.m. Complainant reported falling victim to a sextortion scam.

7/12/2025 Hit & Run Accident Arrest – Stony Hill Rd. & Rt. 332 reported at 10:28 a.m. Complainant reported being struck in the rear when slowing for traffic and the striking vehicle left the scene. Further investigation led to the identity of the driver of the striking vehicle. The 64 year old male from Southampton, PA summonsed for Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Property and related offenses.
