Fraud:
700 block of Long Acre Ln. reported at 12:24 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) intercepted a check and altered it. Total loss $5,000.00.
1700 block of Mulberry Way reported at 4:34 p.m. Complainant reported receiving a virus message on the computer and contacted the number provided. An unknown male requested $53,000.00, which was sent. The male then attempted to have the victim send $173,000.00, when they realized it was a scam.

Weapons Arrest – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 9:20 p.m. While on patrol, police observed a stolen Dodge Charger in the area. A felony car stop was conducted and the 37 year old male from Willingboro, NJ was taken into police custody. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded, unregistered Smith & Wesson firearm with an extended magazine. The male was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Weapons Offenses. He was arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $50,000/10% bail.
Fraud:
600 block of Friar Dr. reported at 1:07 p.m. Complainant reported receiving multiple two factor authentication codes and requests for monetary transfers of $19,800.00 and $23,100.00 to unknown accounts. They were able to stop these transfers and suffered no monetary loss. Investigation ongoing.
1300 block of Pepperbush Ct. reported at 2:57 p.m. Complainant reported posting furniture on Facebook marketplace for sale. An interested buyer claimed to need assistance setting up an account to send payment and provided a phone number, which the victim called. After being disconnected, the victim received a call back from a different number, and was asked to provide personal and financial information. As a result, $1,000.00 was taken from the victim’s Wells Fargo account and transferred to a Strive account.
900 block of Lanyard Rd. reported at 8:34 p.m. Complainant reported receiving a phone call from an unknown person(s) advising they won $500 million dollars and asked for their banking information. This was recognized as a scam and no information was provided.
Soliciting Without Permit – Oxford Valley Rd. & Emerald Dr. reported at 1:52 p.m. Complainant reported solicitor for Omari Exteriors soliciting without a permit. They were advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.
Drug Arrest – Woodside Rd. & Taylorsville Rd. reported at 3:19 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 28 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. He was taken into police custody.
Retail Theft – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 5:14 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 38 year old male from Abington, PA for taking $119.55 worth of merchandise without paying. He was taken into police custody.

Theft from Vehicle – 900 block of Summerville Way reported at 12:49 p.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed the key fob and a ring. The incident was witnessed by an individual who did not call police. It was also caught on surveillance, showing a stolen vehicle was involved.
Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 12:30 p.m. Loss Prevention reported a retail theft not in progress by a known female on 8 separate occasions between 8/8 – 9/12. Loss Prevention then called back stating the female entered the store and was currently concealing items. Police located the 62 year old female from LMT at self-checkout and observed concealed items in her purse. Investigation revealed a total loss of $271.66 during the 9 thefts. She was taken into police custody for Retail Theft. She was arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.

Retail Theft – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 10:31 a.m. Employee reported an unknown male entered the store and removed $99.01 worth of merchandise without paying. He fled on a blue bicycle. Morrisville PD officers detained the 32 year old male from Toms River, NJ until LMT Police arrived on scene. While searching the male, police located 5 wax paper envelopes containing Heroin. He was taken into police custody and charged with Retail Theft, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and remanded to BCCF in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Theft From Vehicle – 1800 block of Windflower Ln. reported at 11:05 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight between 9/18-9/18, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a YMS soccer bag with cleats, a jersey and shin guards.

7000 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 8:07 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $10.00 worth of change.
8900 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 8:43 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $15.00.
Attempted Theft From Vehicle:
7000 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 8:09 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.
7600 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 11:06 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.
Wanted Person – I-295 & Rt. 332 reported at 10:27 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 29 year old male driver from Florence, NJ was wanted out of Burlington County. He was taken into police custody. He was arraigned by District Justice Petrucci and sent to BCCF in lieu of $25,000/10% bail.

Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Fine Wine and Good Spirits reported at 10:12 a.m. Manager reported that on 9/17 at approximately 8:09PM, two unknown females removed a bottle of tequila without paying. Investigation ongoing.
Identity Theft – 500 block of Amberwood Dr. reported at 1:38 p.m. Complainant reported that their children’s social security numbers were compromised.
Drug Arrest – Pine Grove Rd. & W. Trenton Ave. reported at 5:46 p.m. Police responded to the report of a two vehicle accident at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 47 year old male driver from Morrisville, PA for Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken into police custody.
