Lower Makefield Twp Police Reports June 22, 2024 – June 27, 2024
6/27/2024 – Drug Arrest – 1000 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 10:45 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana, pills, and paraphernalia. The 32 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. The 33 year old male passenger from Philadelphia, PA had several warrants for his arrest out of Bensalem, E. Whiteland, Pennsylvania State Police, Downingtown, and Department of Corrections. He was taken into custody for False ID to Law Enforcement.
6/27/2024 – Theft – 200 block of River Rd. reported at 6 p.m. Complainant reported theft of package on 6/22.
6/26/2024 – Solicitors – Glen Oak Dr. & Freedom Dr. reported at 12:50 p.m. Complainant reported solicitors for Victory Home Remodeling soliciting without permits. They were advised to cease soliciting until permits were obtained.
6/26/2024 – Fraud – 200 block of Flint Ct. reported at 2:32 p.m. Complainant reported hiring Home Repair LLC to complete work on their residence that was damaged by a hail storm. The insurance check was cashed, but the work has not been completed. The company has not responded to the homeowner’s attempts to contact them. Investigation ongoing.
6/25/2024 – Accident & DUI Arrest – Big Oak Rd. & Ferry Rd. reported at 2:32 a.m. Police responded to the report of a one vehicle accident into a tree. Further investigation led to the 23 year old female from Morrisville, PA for Driving Under the Influence.
6/24/2024 – Theft – 1200 block of Barclay Crescent reported at 7:00PM. Complainant reported theft of two bicycles from their rear yard sometime between 6/20-6/21.
6/23/2024 – Theft From Vehicle – 300 block of Daleview Dr. reported at 10:46 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicles and removed the vehicles’ registration and insurance cards.
6/23/2024 – Disorderly Conduct – 1000 Edgewood Rd. at the LMT Pool reported at 5:45 p.m. Complainant reported an intoxicated, disorderly subject at the pool. The 42 year old male from Ewing, NJ was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.
6/22/2024 – Credit Card Fraud – 300 block of Saly Rd. reported at 6:15 p.m. Complainant reported several unauthorized charges in the amount of $746.20 on their credit card.
