Lower Makefield Township Police Reports – Dec 19 2025 – Dec 31 2025

12/31/2025
Attempted Motor Vehicle Theft – 500 block of Kathy Dr. reported at 3:51am. Complainant reported unknown person(s) forced entry into their vehicle, damaged the dashboard and attempted to reprogram the key fob. Investigation ongoing.

12/30/2025
Drug Arrest – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 10:15am. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of crack pipes. The 54 year old male driver from LMT was taken into police custody.

Identity Theft – 1600 block of Hunters Ct. reported at 12:21pm. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to apply for student aid.

12/29/2025
Drug Arrest  – Rt. 332 & I-295 reported at 11:41am. Police on patrol received an LPR alert for a stolen registration on a vehicle. Police performed a traffic stop on the vehicle. Further investigation led to the  arrest of the 32 year old female driver from Levittown, PA for Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the 39 year old male passenger from Morrisville, PA for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A records check revealed the male was wanted out of Falls Township for larceny. They were taken into police custody.

Identity Theft – 100 block of Hyde Park Pl. reported at 12:53pm. Complainant reported receiving a letter in the mail requesting their OLN and signature to switch their political party per their online request. The complainant did not make this request.

12/28/2025
Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 7:08am. Manager reported theft of electrical supply cable to outdoor freezer taken some time on 12/27/25.

Soliciting Without Permit – 500 block of Kings Rd. reported at 4:21pm. Complainant reported solicitor for a mobile oil change company soliciting without a permit. He was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

12/26/2025
Fraud – 2000 block of Waterford Rd. reported at 11:33am. Complainant reported providing an HVAC contractor over $6,000.00 in August 2025 for services that were not performed. Investigation ongoing.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle Arrest – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:31pm. Complainant reported on 12/23/25, his vehicle was involved in an accident at the location by an employee who did not have permission to operate the vehicle. A warrant was issued for the 42 year old male from Trenton, NJ for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and related charges.

12/24/2025
Retail Theft – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 3:37pm. Loss Prevention reported unknown person(s) entered the store and removed $246.94 worth of merchandise without paying. The actors fled in a blue Fiat 500 with NJ registration plated. Investigation ongoing.

12/23/2025
Theft – 1200 block of Knox Dr. reported at 12:45pm. Complainant reported unknown person(s) created fraudulent checks using their banking information. Two checks were attempted to be cashed, but were denied. Investigation ongoing.

Criminal Mischief – 1500 block of Yardley Rd. reported at 4:00pm. Complainant reported unknown person(s) threw a rock at their mailbox and damaged it.

Worthless Checks – 1800 block of Makefield Rd. reported at 4:20pm. Complainant reported receiving three fraudulent checks amounting to over $1,200.00.
