Lower Makefield Twp. Police Reports – May 29, 2025 to June 25, 2025

6/25/2025 Fraud – 500 block of Long Acre Ln. reported at 2:51 p.m. Complainant reported subcontracting a business for their company. When it came time to settle the balance from the subcontracted company, the credit card declined.

6/25/2025 Criminal Mischief – Unit block of Delaware Rim Dr. reported at 8:07 p.m. Complainant reported small tress and landscaping were run over by a vehicle and tire tracks were left on their front lawn.

6/24/2025 Solicitors – 1300 block of Fountain Rd., reported at 9:29 a.m. Complainant reported solicitors for siding and solar panels soliciting without permits.

6/24/2025 Solicitors – 1300 block of N. Bradford Rd. reported at 6:47 p.m.  Complainant reported solicitor for siding and solar panels soliciting without permit. The male was located and advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

6/21/2025 Wanted Person – Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 10:07 a.m.  Police on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed the 66-year-old male driver from Levittown, PA was wanted out of Delaware County for a probation violation.

6/21/2025  Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 2:51 p.m. Police on patrol received information about a stolen vehicle in the area. Police responded to the area and were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection. Further investigation led to the 28-year-old male driver from Philadelphia, PA for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and related charges. He was taken into police custody. He was arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

6/21/2025 DUI Arrest – Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 7:32 p.m. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 74-year-old male from Temple Terrace, FL for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.

6/20/2025 Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 10:38 a.m. Police on patrol received information about a stolen vehicle in the area. Police responded to the area and were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 52-year-old female from Bensalem, PA for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and related offenses. She was arraigned and released on $5000/10% unsecured bail.

6/20/2025 Theft – 800 block of S. Crescent Blvd. reported at 4:11 p.m. Complainant reported being the victim of a cyber crime and having lost $10,000 from their bank account over the past 18 months.

6/20/2025 Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 4:20 p.m. Police observed a suspicious vehicle while doing a patrol check of the parking lot. Police made phone contact with the General Manager and were advised they located bags of unpaid merchandise hidden around the store. While on the phone with police, the fire alarm sounded and the manager observed an unknown female flee the store with a bag of stolen merchandise worth $566.69. Police were provided with her description and direction of travel. Police located the female in the parking lot and immediately took her into custody. The 29-year-old female from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody for Retail Theft. She was arraigned by District Justice Galloway and released on her own recognizance.

6/20/2025 Criminal Trespass – 200 block Greenview Rd. reported at 7:39 p.m. Complainant reported an unknown male entered the home disguised as an electric worker and removed a safe, $800 in cash, a PNC lock box key, and a diamond ring.

6/19/2025 Motor Vehicle Theft – 1200 block Silver Stream Dr. reported at 6:55 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) stole their 2022 Jeep Wrangler from their driveway.

6/19/2025 Accident & DUI Arrest – 800 block of River Rd. reported at 9:50 p.m. Police responded to the report of a two-vehicle accident with entra p.m.ent at the location. A Yardley Borough officer advised LMT officers that the male driver fled on foot. A witness spotted the male suspect at River Rd. & Letchworth Ave. Police took the 47 year old male from Trenton, NJ into custody. He was charged with DUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury and related charges. He was arraigned by District Justice Gaier and sent to BCCF in lieu of $200,000/10% bail.

6/15/2025 Theft – 1600 block of Powderhorn Dr. reported at 12:09 p.m. Complainant reported medication missing from the residence. Further investigation led to the admission of theft by the babysitter. A criminal complaint was filed for the 37-year-old female from Langhorne, PA for Theft & Receiving Stolen Property.

6/12/2025 DUI Arrest – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 10:04 p.m. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 42-year-old male from LMT was wanted by the Bucks County Sheriffs. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.

6/11/2025 Theft – 1500 block of Westover Rd. reported at 4:14 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) removed $30,000 USC from a locked safe.

6/10/2025 Fraud – 2000 block of Farmview Dr. reported at 11:09 a.m. Complainant reported their Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin accounts were compromised and $230,000 was removed.

6/10/2025 Solicitors – Unit block of Ardsley Rd. reported at 6:31 p.m. Complainant reported solicitors for Terminix soliciting without permits. Supervisor was contacted by phone and advised to cease soliciting immediately until permits were obtained.

6/10/2025 Solicitors – Unit block of Effingham Rd. reported at 8:33 p.m. Complainant reported solicitors for Terminix still soliciting without permits after being advised to cease. The manager, a 27 year old male from Ridgewood, NY was cited for Soliciting Without a Permit.

6/9/2025 Identity Theft – 1000 block of University Dr. reported at 8:24 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened several credit cards in their name.

6/9/2025 Disorderly Conduct – Unit block of Delaware Rim Dr. reported at 12:41 p.m. Complainant reported ongoing harassment from neighbor. The 38 year old female from LMT to be cited for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.

6/9/2025 Underage Drinking – Oxford Rd. & Lakeshore Dr. reported at 7:28 p.m. Police responded to check the well being. Further investigation led to two juvenile males being cited for Underage Drinking.

6/8/2025 Simple Assault Arrest – 900 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Shady Brook Farm reported at 1:54 p.m. Police responded to the report of a male being verbally and physically aggressive towards employees after being confronted for not paying for bags of strawberries they picked. Witnesses stated the male became angry after being confronted and started smashing bags of strawberries on the ground, pushing staff away and attempting to strike them. The value of the strawberries taken and destroyed was $245.00. While attempting to flee the scene, the male covered his license plate and sped off, causing a female passenger to fall out of the back of the vehicle. Police were able to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle at Township Line Rd. & Floral Vale Blvd. The 40 year old male from Philadelphia, PA was taken into police custody for Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned by District Justice Gallagher and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

6/5/2025 Theft From Vehicle – 1400 block of Scarlet Oak Rd. reported at 7:20 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) removed the license plate from their vehicle.

6/5/2025 Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 2:14 p.m. Loss Prevention reported two unknown females removed $382.00 worth of merchandise without paying and fled in a Cadillac. Investigation ongoing.

6/4/2025 Fraud – 1000 block of Victory Dr. reported at 1:22 p.m. Complainant reported check fraud in the  amount of $1,100.00.

6/3/2025 DUI Arrest – Heacock Rd. & Covington Rd. reported at 10:29 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male from Philadelphia, PA for Driving Under the Influence.

6/2/2025 Criminal Trespass – 600 block of Teich Dr. reported at 1:06 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) removed checks from the residence sometime early May.

6/1/2025 Accident & DUI Arrest – 900 block of Sandy Run Rd. reported at 6:08 p.m. Police responded to the report of a one vehicle accident at the location. Further investigation led to the 35 year old male from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.

5/31/2025 Fraud – 1900 block of Satter Ct. reported at 10:40 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) accessed their phone and sent messages to their contacts on WhatsApp asking for money.
