Lower Makefield Twp. Police Reports August 8, 2024 – August 15, 2024

8/15/2024 – Fraud – Unit block of Fern Dr. reported at 2 p.m. Complainant reported allowing who they thought was Microsoft to access their computer remotely and had $10,000 transferred out of their bank account. 

8/12/2024 – DUI Arrest – Jacob Dr. & Ashbourne Dr. reported at 10:47 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 33 year old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence. 

8/10/2024 – Credit Card Fraud – 300 block of Saly Rd. reported at 11:30 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $2,914.00.

8/8/2024 – Criminal Mischief – 1300 block of Moon Dr. reported at 5:41 p.m. Complainant reported purchasing Taylor Swift tickets for $1,200.00 from someone they believed to be a Facebook friend, not realizing that friend was hacked. 

8/8/2024 – Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 5:43 p.m. Loss Prevention reported an unknown couple entered the store and removed an unknown amount of merchandise without paying. Investigation ongoing.
