Lower Makefield Twp Police Reports  September 20 to -September  26, 2024

9/26/2024 – Theft – 300 block Dunhill Way reported at 10:05 a.m. Complainant reported theft of product during the delivery process.

9/26/2024 – Attempted Fraud – 600 block of Rose Hollow Dr. reported at 12:56 p.m. Complainant reported receiving a phone call from unknown person(s) stating they had a warrant out for their arrest and they needed to pay $10,000. Call was disconnected when realizing it was a scam.

9/26/2024 – Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 6:00 p.m. Loss Prevention reported a known male under scanned items on four separate occasions, causing the store a loss of $112.11. Investigation ongoing.

9/26/2024 – Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 6:15 pm. Loss Prevention reported a known female under scanned items on four separate occasions, causing the store a loss of $649.91. Investigation ongoing.

9/26/2024 – Theft From Vehicle – Unit block of Ridge Ave. reported at 9:51 p.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered their unlocked vehicles. Loose change was removed from one vehicle. Nothing reported missing from second vehicle.

9/25/2024 – Credit Card Fraud – 8400 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 1:48 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $51.00.

9/24/2024 – Criminal Mischief – 100 block of Mt. Eyre Rd. reported at 10:15 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) placed vulgar stickers on their mailbox and damaged same.

9/23/2024 – Fraud – 800 block of Grange Dr. reported at 6:22 p.m. Complainant reported being victim of a fraudulent scheme involving PayPal and Bitcoin, thinking they were donating to an orphanage.

9/22/2024 – Theft – 1900 block of Woodside Rd. reported at 10:31 a.m. Complainant reported theft of political sign. Incident was caught on surveillance. Further investigation led to the identity of a 46 year old male from Newtown, PA. Male to be summonsed for Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

9/20/2024 – Attempted Theft From Vehicle – 500 block of Keswick Dr. reported at 8:04 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry into two of their vehicles.
