Lower Makefield Twp Police Reports – Sept 13, 2024 – Sept 19, 2024

9/19/2024 – Fraud – 1500 block of Revere Rd. reported at 12:30 p.m. Complainant reported being contacted by their mortgage bank to confirm that they were attempting to access their HELOC, which they were not. The victim contacted their bank and was notified unknown person(s) attempted to access their account four times. They were successful in withdrawing $4,700.00. The victim’s social media accounts were also overtaken. The suspect was also able to access and claim all of their Eagles season tickets.

9/18/2024 – Identity Theft – 800 block of Manor Gate reported at 1:16 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened a mortgage account in their name.

9/17/2024 – Fraud – 1900 block of Berrel Ct. reported at 8:20 a.m. Complainant reported receiving an email requesting Bitcoin from an unknown person.

9/17/2024 – Burglary – 100 block of Pine Ln. reported at 1:23 p.m. Police responded to the report of a burglary in progress, which involved three unknown males and a black vehicle with an NJ registration. Further investigation revealed the males forced entry into the residence by smashing a rear sliding glass door. The victim reported missing several items. Investigation ongoing.

9/16/2024 – Identity Theft – 100 block of River Rd. reported at 9:19 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened a credit card in their name.

9/13/2024 – Theft from Vehicle – 600 block of Friar Dr. reported at 6:56 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed their wallet. Victim also reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $2,135.88.
