Wanted Person – 300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:00am. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 27 year old male from Hamilton, NJ was wanted out of Mercer County, NJ. He was taken into police custody. He was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $10,000/10% bail.

Attempted Theft from Vehicle – Unit block of Glenolden Rd. reported at 3:45pm. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 12:25pm. Loss Prevention reported a retail theft that had just occurred and the suspect fled in a Nissan Altima. Police located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop. The 31 year old female from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody. She was charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Marijuana.
Fraud – 1700 block of Janney Ln. reported at 3:31pm. Complainant reported being sent $1,200.00 in Bitcoin by unknown person.
DUI Arrest – Creamery Rd. & Dolington Rd. reported at 8:46pm. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of needles, anabolic steroids, unidentified white and green pills, and marijuana. The driver admitted to drinking moonshine and putting methamphetamines in their energy drink. The 48 year old make from Philadelphia, PA was taken into police custody. He was charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and related charges.

Retail Theft – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 10:22am. Morrisville Police requested police to the location for a male they had in custody for retail theft in their jurisdiction and learned the male had also committed retail theft at this location. The 40 year old male from Trenton, NJ to be summonsed for Retail Theft.

Criminal Mischief:
900 block of Mt. Eyre Rd. reported at 8:16am. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) damaged their mailbox.
100 block of Mt. Eyre Rd. reported at 8:37am. While leaving the scene of the above complaint, police observed another damaged mailbox and made contact with the homeowner to inform them.

Theft from Vehicle – 300 block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 4:11am. Complainant reported seeing an unknown male on their property entering their unlocked vehicle in the driveway. Complainant believes this is the same person who stole a firearm from their unlocked vehicle on 9/27. Complainant reported an iPhone and Beats headphones missing.
Soliciting without Permit – 100 block of Crestview Way reported at 2:13pm. Complainant reported solicitor for Homestar Remodeling soliciting without a permit. They were advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle – 22000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 1:15am. Police on patrol received an LPR hit for a vehicle stolen out of Lawrenceville, NJ. The vehicle was located by police at the location and towed.
Motor Vehicle Thefts:
22000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 1:00am. While investigating the recovered stolen vehicle out of NJ, police noticed a van parked next to the vehicle was rummaged through. Contact made with vehicle owner who stated they left their keys in the unlocked vehicle and the van was moved from where they originally parked it. Victim reported key fob and $50.00 in cash missing.
500 block of Aspen Woods Dr. reported at 7:19am. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) stole their unlocked 2024 Subaru Accent using the keys left inside. The vehicle was recovered in Trenton, NJ.
500 block of Aspen Woods Dr. reported at 7:43am. Police received a phone call from Trenton Police who located a stolen vehicle in their jurisdiction. Contact was made with vehicle owner who was unaware their unlocked vehicle was stolen with the keys inside sometime overnight.
Theft – 2000 block of E. Wellington Rd. reported at 10:45Aam. Complainant reported unknown person(s) stole and used a gift card that was mailed to them.
Drugs & DUI Arrest – Yardley Rd. & Pine Grove Rd. reported at 1:51pm, Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old female from Trenton, NJ for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and related offenses. She was taken into police custody.

Theft – 1400 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at Yardley Rehab reported at 10:40am. Complainant reported theft of $281 from their purse sometime overnight.

Criminal Mischief – 400 block of River Rd. at Morrisville Boro Water Works reported at 2:15pm. Complainant reported a black pick up truck was seen on surveillance striking the gate and leaving the scene, causing $3,000-$4,000 worth of damage. Investigation ongoing.
Fraud – 200 block of Sherwood Dr. reported at 8:21pm. Complainant reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be from the Bucks County Sheriffs Office and they had a warrant for their arrest. Victim sent $1,693.00 via Apple Pay to an unknown person.

Public Drunkenness & Endangering the Welfare of a Child – 700 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Giant reported at 6:49pm. Complainant reported an intoxicated subject with young children with her passed out at the location. The 55 year old female from LMT to be cited for Public Drunkenness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
