Two Women Arrested in Separate Incidents in Yardley

Yardley Borough authorities announced charges were filed against two women in separate incidents on Sunday and Monday.

According to police on Sunday night at approximately 7:o0 PM, a Yardley Police officer on patrol was alerted to a woman allegedly urinating on the side of a building.  The woman was located and appeared intoxicated, police said in a press release.  The  woman, age 69 from Langhorne, PA was charged with public intoxication. She  was released in the care of a friend and the matter is pending court, and as of Tuesday there were no court records publicly available about the incident

The second arrest involved a woman refusing to leave a location,

According to police on Monday, August 28, at approximately 2:10 PM, Yardley Police officers were dispatched to an unwanted person refusing to leave.  Officers located the woman who, despite requests to cease, continued her disorderly conduct in their presence.  As a result, the 53 year-old from Lower Makefield Twp., PA was charged with disorderly conduct.  The matter is pending court and no public records were available for this incident,
