Ashely Bindewald 38 of Yardley is continuing her efforts to earn a dubious distinction; win the worst neighbor in Bucks County honors as she’s been charged by Lower Masefield authorities for the seventh time this year for continuing to harass her nextdoor neighbors
On 10-2-2025 Lower Makefield Township Police were dispatched to Delaware Rim Drive for alleged harassment by Bindewald .
The neighbor/victim reported that Bindewald was outside yelling, cursing and making obscene gestures towards him and his wife. Bucks County Radio could hear her yelling in the background during intake as well. There was also a no contact order in place issued by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas involving arising from a case earlier this year.
Police arrived on location and Bindewald was no longer outside of her residence or yelling at the victims. The responding officer made contact with the victims who were now inside their residence.
The victims stated that they heard Bindewald yelling and went outside to film the harassing and intimidating conduct for evidence. Once outside, the victims observed Bindewald and a male facing their house yelling, cursing, and making obscene gestures towards them. Bindewald was screaming that the victim was masturbating in her backyard and continuously screaming “f*** you, bitch, faggot, asshole”. She appeared to be angry that police had been called for a previous property damage complaint by the victim. On location, the officer viewed the mentioned video and it was placed into evidence, the criminal complaint says
The officer announced police presence and attempted to contact the apparent out of control Bindewald at the front door of her residence but she refused to respond. She could be heard screaming very loudly inside the residence and knew that police were at her door.
Police contacted the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and they were able to confirm that Bindewald violated her bail condition by having contact with the victims and were advised on how to proceed with related charges.
Bindewald has four open cases at the district court level and four more at the court of common pleas seven are connected to her ongoing campaign of terror and harassment directed at her neighbors for reasons no one really seems to know.
Police filed misdemeanor harassment and disorderly conduct charges for this incident and Bindewald will be summoned to court via mail summons to answer to the new charges on November 18.
She is represented by Nicholas Mancini Esq. according to online court records.
