Middletown Twp. Police Seeking Info on Those Responsible for Damage to Township Property

Middletown Township Police are requesting the community’s assistance with information about the township’s recent property damages and sternly warning of the consequences for those who damage or steal township property.

In a Facebook post, police wrote: Apparently, we have a rash of people who have taken a keen interest in destroying township property and we are hoping that you can point us in the right direction. We are up to seven separate incidents where township/neighborhood/park signs have been destroyed or stolen all together. We know that juveniles are responsible for the sign at Firefighters Park, as there is some camera footage of that. If you have footage of the other signs at Juniper Hill and Frosty Hollow, Quincy Hollow (playground and at New Falls), Cobalt Ride at Walter Miller, and Buck Hill Farms, let us know and we can help narrow down the dates and times.

Fair warning – anyone caught destroying township property or stealing township property will be charged, their post continued. Getting Facebook Famous for ruining the neighborhood’s property likely won’t sit well with your neighbors. So please, practice your Hulk Smash on safer targets…might we suggest a pillow? Perhaps an actual punching bag would satisfy the urge? It really is a shame to see stuff like this and we are hoping this comes to an immediate halt.

Please contact Middletown Twp. Police if you have any information regarding recent damages. Click here for contact information.
