A Morrisville Woman wanted by borough police was apprehended Wednesday and sent to Bucks County Correctional facility.
Faith Fox, 34 was arraigned early this morning by on-call Justice Jan Vislosky. charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of conspiracy to commit assault and related offenses.
According to Police, Fox and a man, Michael Racelis, age 39 of West Chester, Pa, took part in an assault on September 24th around 7:30 p.m on Lenora Ave.
Racelis was arrested shortly thereafter by police according to county court documents for identical offenses.
Fox was sent to county jail in lieu of 10 percent 100 K bail.
Both suspects are scheduled to appear for preliminary hearings in Morrisville District Court on Nov 6.
