Arrest/Fugitive of Justice – 08/31/21 @ 01:34 – Javon Henderson, age 24, was arrested following a vehicle pursuit that began in Trenton and ended in Morrisville on Clymer and Harper Avenues. He was picked up by the Buck County Constables.
Burglary/Warrant – 08/31/21 @ 10:43 – A Warrant has been issued for Franklin (Benny) Talley, age 57, for a burglary that occurred on 8/28/21 around 04:00 am at a business on the unit block of W. Philadelphia Avenue. He entered through the front garage door panel and stole an electric paint buffer and wheel, impact gun, and paint spray gun. Value: $1,400.00
Arrest/Drug Possession – 09/03/21 @ 02:57 – Dustin Burghardt, age 36, and Katherine Wright, age 36, were arrested for Drug Possession during a suspicious vehicle parked on the 300 block of Prospect Avenue. They were processed and released pending a summons to appear at court.
Motor Vehicle Theft – 09/03/21 @ 16:39 – Report of a gray 2020 Hyundai Elantra stolen the day before from an apartment complex parking lot on the unit block on Hillcrest Avenue. Value: $20,000.00
Criminal Mischief to Building – 09/04/21 @ 11:54 – Report of bricks thrown at a home and damage to windows on the 200 block of Moreau Street. Suspect described as a black male wearing a black shirt driving a silver mini van.

Arrest/Warrant – 09/04/21 @ 19:49 – Quashi Hana, age 19, was arrested for a warrant from Lower Makefield for failure to appear during a traffic stop at W. Trenton and Nolan Avenues. He was transported to Lower Makefield Police Department.
Arrest/Disorderly Conduct/Harassment/Indecent Exposure – 09/06/21 @ 21:18 – Terry Oden, age 53, was arrested for an incident that occurred on 09/04/21 in the parking lot of the 7-11. He will be issued a summons to appear at court.
Arrest/DUI – 09/06/21 @ 00:01 – Balan Bazan, age 36, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence during a traffic accident on the 100 block of Althea Avenue. He was processed and released pending a summons to appear at court.
Warrant/Criminal Mischief to Auto – 09/06/21 @ 14:01 – A Warrant has been issued for Kristina Klinisova, age 23, who damaged a vehicle on the 200 block of Clymer Avenue on 08/15/21.
