Morrisville Borough Police Reports Non 5 to Nov 11, 2o24

Arrest/DUI – 11/05/24 @ 17:50 – Jacob Simmons, age 61, was arrested for an incident that occurred on the 200 block of Delmorr Avenue.  He was processed and released.

Arrest/Theft – 11/05/24 @ 20:10 – Marcus Talmage, age 53, will receive a Court Summons for stealing money from Concerto Fusion on the unit block of S. Delmorr Avenue. Value: $7.00

Arrest/Disorderly Conduct – 11/06/24 @ 03:41 – Kelly Sinkiewicz, age 42, was cited for an incident at the 7-11 on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Arrest/Assault/Resisting Arrest/Trespassing/Disorderly Conduct – 11/06/24 @ 13:26 – Kelly Sinkiewicz, age 42, was arrested for an incident that occurred on the unit block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue.  She was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Fraud – 11/07/24 @ 15:26 – Report of an attempt to cash a fraudulent check for $1,847.00 at the Citizens Bank inside the Giant Food Store on W. Trenton Avenue..

Fraud – 11/07/24 @ 19:51 – Victim reported they received a scam phone call from the LA County Sheriff’s Office that there was a warrant for their arrest.  Victim was instructed to pay $850.00 through the Apple Cash to avoid being arrested.

Arrest/Theft – 11/08/24 @ 12:47 – Alyssa Martin, age 29, was arrested by NJ State Police during a traffic stop for a warrant from this department for an incident that occurred on 07/16/24 at the Giant food Store.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 11/08/24 @ 10:58 – Report of numerous tools stolen overnight from a vehicle that was in the Quality Inn Parking lot on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  Value:  $946.00

Arrest/Narcotics – 11/11/24 @ 10:19 – Jonathan Magerman, age 38, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a report of an unconscious male in a vehicle on the 400 block of Hillside Avenue.  He was processed and released pending a Court Summons.
