Morrisville Borough Police Reports: Catalytic Converter Thefts on the Rise, Theft Suspect Caught in the Act and More!

Morrisville Borough Police Reports  April 7 to April 13, 2026

Arrest/DUI/Drug/Paraphernalia-04/07/26 @0700-Jade Long, age 40, was arrested for DUI in the unit block of E. Cleveland Ave. Long was processed and released pending summons.

Arrest/Theft from Auto-04/07/26 @0302-James S. Crouthamel, age 47, was taken into custody for theft from motor vehicles and receiving stolen property after he was caught inside a vehicle on E. Palmer St. Crouthamel was processed and sent to BCP on $50,000 10%.

Theft from Auto-04/08/26 @1428-Victim reported that multiple tools valued at $7,254.95 were stolen out of his company’s vehicle located in the unit block of Chelton Ave.

Theft of Catalytic Converters-04/09/26 @0902- The victim reported that on March 13th sometime overnight, two unknown subjects entered the property located in the 300 block of W. Philadelphia Ave. through an unsecured side gate and proceeded to steal two catalytic converters from two vehicles. The total value is $2,400.

Theft of Catalytic Converter-04/09/26 @1808-The victim reported that his catalytic converter on his vehicle was stolen sometime between April 5th and today in the unit block of S. Lafayette Ave. The total value is $385.00.

Arrest/Warrant-04/10/26 @1402-Jason D. Harris, age 47, was dropped off by Bucks County Sheriff’s for a warrant out of this department. He was processed, bail was set at $5,000.00 ROR, and he was released.
