Morrisville Borough Police Reports – March 25 to March 31 , 2025

Theft – 03/25/25 @ 07:00 – Report of an Amazon package stolen from a resident’s porch on the 200 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue. Value: $60.00

Criminal Mischief to Motor Vehicle – 03/25/25 @ 08:43 – Report of a vehicle’s passenger front window shattered from a rock on the 600 block of Coleman Avenue.

Arrest/Simple Assault/Terroristic Threats – 03/25/25 @ 22:49 – Darwin Page, age 55, was arrested for an incident that occurred on the 400 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue. He was processed and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.

Warrant/Fraud – 03/26/25 – A Warrant has been issued for David Robinson for attempting to cash a fraudulent check on 03/22/25 for $9,698.63 at Citizens Bank on W. Trenton Avenue.

Warrant/Retail Theft/Other Charges – 03/26/25 – A Warrant has been issued for Alyssa Martin, age 30, for stealing numerous items from Giant Food Store, a hit and run accident and other charges on the 200 block of Plaza boulevard that occurred on 03/24/25. Value: $379.74

Fraud Scam – 03/25/25 @ 15:46 – Victim reports sending money to a male that he has spoken to for over a year. Victim received a check from the male and cashed it at his bank. Once the check was cashed, there was fraudulent activity detected by the bank.

Fraud – 03/27/25 @ 12:40 – Victim reports the purchase of an iphone on an Apple credit card. Victim was able to cancel the charge with no financial loss.

Arrest/DUI/Traffic Offenses – 03/29/25 – Waldina Lemaine, age 54, was arrested after a traffic accident that occurred on the 200 block of E. Philadelphia Avenue. She was released and will receive a Court Summons.
