Morrisville Borough Police Reports: Cooking Oil Stolen from Pizzaria, Padlock Cut on Trailer and More !

Morrisville Borough Police Reports Oct 21 to Oct 27, 2025 

Warrant/Fraud-10/22/25 @1244-John Paoletti, age 46, a warrant was issued for his arrest for contractor fraud-related charges. Paoletti collected over $45,000.00 from the victims and failed to complete repairs. This incident occurred in the 100 block of Barnsley Ave.

DUI/Arrest-10/22/25 @2147-Teddi Hines, age 82, a summons will be issued for her arrest in an incident that occurred in the 40 block of Union Street.

Warrant/Retail Theft-10/23/25 @1002-Barret Green, age 49, will have a warrant issued for his arrest following a retail theft on August 12th at Giant Food Store, where $125 of merchandise was stolen.

Cited/Disorderly Conduct-10/23/25 @1525-A male Juvenile will be cited for disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred on the corner of Hillcrest and Clymer Ave.

Fraud-10/24/25 @1555- Victim came into HQ’s to report fraud that occurred in August. The victim states her credit card was used without permission, and the purchases occurred on August 13th through the 16th. The purchases occurred at 7-11, Dominos, Walmart, and Dollar Tree, which totaled $226.

Theft-10/25/25 @1456-Police were dispatched to Anthony’s Pizza for a theft of used cooking oil. Upon arrival, the delivery driver informed the police that the tank was empty. There was a lock on the oil tank, but the lock was cut off. Total loss $1400.

Theft-10/27/25 @0741-Victim states the padlock was cut off their trailer, and a Honda Generator and Bosch Hammer Drill were taken. This incident occurred in the unit block of W. Franklin St. and North Pennsylvania Ave.

Warrant/Arrest-10/27/25 @1727-John Paoletti, age 46, turned himself in at Lower Makefield Police Department. Paoletti was processed and arraigned by Judge Kronnagel on all the warrants issued by our department, as well as one from Lower Makefield. Bail was set at 10% of $25,000 for each case. Paoletti was able to post bail and was released.
