Morrisville Borough Police Reports July 29 to August 4 2025 

Theft – 07/29/25 @ 1615 – Victim reported that a total of $233.25 was stolen by way of cash app over a month period.

Fraud – Victim reports sending $2,000.00 through Zelle to purchase a vehicle that was advertised on Facebook Marketplace.  The person received the money and then deleted all accounts.

Disorderly Conduct – 07/30/25 @ 2141 – Kelly Fenchel, age 33, was cited for an incident at an apartment on the 100 block of W. Bridge Street.

Public Drunkenness-07/31/25@ 2211-Cynthia Spotwood, age 64, was cited for an incident that occurred on W. Bridge Street. Terroristic

Threats and Disorderly Conduct-07/31/25 @ 0833- Zoey Tarpeh, age 32, was arrested for an incident that occurred at the Pennsbury Court Apartments. She was processed and released pending a summons.

PFA Violation-07/31/25 @1846-Luis Oliversa, age 31, a warrant was issued for violating his PFA in the area of Union Street.

Indecent Exposure, Possession of Marijuana and Public Intoxication-08/1/25 @ 1258-Javar Jardone Anderson, age 23, following an incident on E. Bridge St.

Suspicious Persons-8/1/25 @2131-Complainant reports unknown actor looking into window in the area of Plaza Blvd.  unknown actor fled the area prior to police arrival.

Criminal Mischief-08/04/25 unknown time- building was spray painted in multiple areas with the words “El Malo” on the 200 Block of Bridge St.

Possession of a controlled substance- 8/4/25 @2246-Jesse Dunn, age 51, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after an incident occurred around N. Delmorr Ave. He was not processed and will receive a summons.
