Morrisville Borough Police Reports – Sept 2 2025 – Sept 8 2025

Criminal Mischief-9/2/25 @1438-Cheyanne R. Johnson, Jr. age 40, was cited for criminal mischief after destroying the victim’s RING camera in the area of Delmorr Ave.

Arrest/Warrant-9/2/25 @1440-Jena-Leigh Ada Shemelia, age 34, was arrested following a traffic stop for an active Bucks County Sheriff’s warrant. Defendant was transported to BCP.

Arrest/Warrant-9/4/25 @1857-Daniel McCleary, age 27, an arrest warrant was issued for violating a protection from abuse order.

Disorderly conduct-9/5/25 @1634-Philippe Guirand, age 33, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred around the area of Green St.

Suspicious Persons-9/5/25 @2106- officers were advised that three subjects were observed pulling on car door handles in the area of Delaware Ave. The description provided was three subjects, one was a black make in a light-colored hoodie, another was in dark clothing, and the third was on a bicycle.  Police arrived and surveyed extensively; however, nobody matching the description was located.

Arrest/Warrant-9/8/25 @0956-Daniel J. McCleary, age 27, turned himself in for a PFA violation. He was processed and arraigned. He was sent to BCP in lieu of $10,000/10%.

Arrest/Warrant-9/8/25 @0934-Walter McIver, age 61, was dropped off by Bucks County Sheriffs after being released from Mercer County Prison on our warrant. He was processed, arraigned, and released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.
