Morrisville Borough Police Reports June 2 to June 8, 2026

Warrant/Burglary-06/02/26 @2009-Andrew D. Kuhn, age 29, a warrant was issued for Kuhn for a burglary he committed at the Yardley Beer Store on 8/30/25.

Cited/Public Intoxication-06/02/26 @2057-Daniel Hynd, age 35, was cited for public intoxication in the unit block of W. Bridge St.

Arrested/Warrant/Poss of PCP-06/02/26 @0343-Karon D. Oliver, age 37, was arrested for a warrant out of Trenton, NJ. Oliver will receive a summons for possession of PCP. He was processed at HQ’s and was sent to BCP on a $5,000,000.00 bail.

Arrested/Warrant-06/03/26 @0942-Marshae Peters, age 24, turned herself in for her active warrant out of the is department. Peters was processed, and bail was set at ROR.

Theft of Catalytic Converter-06/05/26 @1021-Removed sometime overnight from the victim’s vehicle that was parked on the 200 block of Anderson Ave.

Theft of Catalytic Converter-06/05/26 @1212-Removed sometime overnight from the victim’s vehicle that was parked on the 400 block of Hillcrest Ave.

Warrant/ Agg. Assault-06/05/26 @2135- James Louder, age 65, a warrant was issued for Agg. Assault, Simple Assault, PIC, REAP, Terroristic Threats and other related charges after an incident that occurred in the unit block of E. Maple Ave.

Summons/Poss of Marijuana-06/07/26 @1924- Leonardo Nieves, age 49, was taken into custody during a traffic stop for a small amount of Marijuana. He was processed and released pending summons.

Parole Violation/Arrest-06/08/26 @1600-Stephen Chenoweth, age 37, was taken into custody for a parole violation, following a traffic accident at E. Trenton and Crown St.  He was processed and then picked up by the Bucks County Sheriff’s.

Fraud-06/08/26 @0942- Victim stated that someone obtained her EBT card information and used it in multiple locations. The total amount stolen from the victim’s card was $376.82.
